I have a new miniature painting up at my Etsy shop. I used some sea shells I have on hand from various family members. I laid them out on my work table as models to paint from directly. I painted the shells on a background of the beach and seashore where they were first found.

I have a larger, newly started beach painting that will also include shells. I hope to have that painting done by next month. So stay tuned.

If you are close to Exton, PA, I have new mini paintings at the CCAA Mall Gallery. I will be adding more next week as well. The Summer swap out was last week so there is lots of new and wonderful art work. I saw great paintings of all sizes, wonderful pottery and gorgeous photography. It's well worth the time to check out what's new.

More lilies! These hardy lilies have traveled with us to our current house. They've been blooming brightly every spring for at least the past 12+ years. They are patio lilies and spent the first few years in a container. Several years ago I gave them their own spot in the garden. I think they have earned it with their faithful spring blooms. : – )
I love their colors!
They inspired one of my paintings ten years ago.

I have two new mini paintings finished this week. Both are on 3" x 3" square miniature canvases. I think the square shape highlights the flowers nicely. Both can be found in my Etsy shop. Enjoy the weekend!

Hi Everyone
There are two new paintings in the past week up on my Etsy shop. One is very small and the other very large. Painting opposite sizes this month. : – ) .jpg)
One is a ACEO sized painting – 2.5 x 3.5 inches.
The other is a very large 24" x 48" abstract painting. I am painting today – back with new blog posts tomorrow. Enjoy the day!
