This sparkly, rainbow light catching glitter bag is just stunning! It features a top handle strap as well as a removable chain strap. The glitter vinyl catches the light as a rainbow reflection. I love the design of this bag as well as the glitter vinyl. This is a sturdy vinyl that will last and last.
Some of my photos are a little dark so I could catch the rainbow reflections of this glitter vinyl. The rainbow shimmer shows up in the light and at others times, the glitter looks more white with silver sparkles. Very fun fabric!
it’s a nice size 7 x 9.5 x 4 inches. Perfect for all day into evening. Double zippers allow for quick opening of the bag.
The top handle is both riveted and sewn in to make this a sturdy top handle. There are 2 D rings for the removable chain strap and for anything you want to attach such as tassels or charms.
Inside is fully lined with a bonded poly nylon which is water resistant and wipeable. This is my first time using a bonded poly nylon and I like the results.
There is a netted slip pocket on one side of the inside. Perfect to see what you slide in – a phone, keys, etc. The opposite side has not only a zipper pocket, but card slots and a bill slot for your cash and cards.
I used the Konin Bowler Bag pattern from Country Cow Designs which was part of a bag kit. the bonded poly nylon fabric is new to me and I wanted a chance to try it out. I also had been admiring this pattern and the glitter vinyl. I haven’t try doing a netted pocket as well, so it was a great way to learn some new skills and make a gorgeous bag!
